To be honest, the first batch became hard as a rock after a few weeks. The freshness was breached by a sketchy ziplock design. The solution was to create a solution...of warm water that dissolved the chunk of coconut powder. Then I poured the concoction into ice cube trays. So far my second order of coconut water powder is in a powder form. Enough said, I need to get back to my Lemon Pie(not a food).
