If you cannot find what you are looking for on the support page and have more specific questions or particular issues – please fill out the form linked below and we can get back to you with how best to move forward.  This will allow us to tailor any further consultation costs and requirements to your individual needs so we can best support you, whatever your crop, experience or scale.  You do not need to answer all of the questions on the form - please just include the information that is relevant to your growing situation.
You can also become part of the KiS community on Patreon.  Here you can access internal SOPs & content and join our monthly hangouts - where you have full access to the KiS team.  You are welcome to showcase your garden and freely ask all the questions you want during these sessions.

FURTHER RECOMMENDATION NOTES

The recommendations made in your analysis are designed to provide adequate nutrient sufficiency for a full round* in large pots. We suggest 10 gallon pots as a minimum or preferably larger.  We personally like to grow in 4’x4’ raised beds with a depth of 10”-12” of soil and we have seen success with trial plants in 30 – 35 gallon smart pots
You will want to make sure that you have plenty of room for your ecosystem.  That way we can get all of your nutrients into the soil as well as provide sufficient space to house the high population and diversity of microbes we are after.  Limiting inputs will give you great baseline data set from which to make decisions moving forward.
The most important thing you can do is listen to your plants. Sometimes these tests are not completely accurate so if your plants are showing a deficiency then please alert us immediately.
*Full round: 1-2 weeks veg and 8-9 weeks flower
