Sphagnum peat moss, perlite, coco coir, Oly Mountain Compost, vermiculite, fertilizer with mycorrhizae 5-5-3 and gypsum.

Worked great, no gnats
Great start for my veggies.
Worked great as I got 12/12 seeds to sprout. I was having seedling issues before but switching to this product it’s all good now problems solved!!!
The KIS seed starter mix works great with 2” and 4” soil blocks. Experienced early germination and healthy starts for transplanting. Going from a 2” to 4” soil block seamlessly continued the seed’s growth and root development. I received superior Customer Relations for shipping—initial cost was pretty high versus the final cost I received—extremely appreciative. I recommend the KIS Seed Starter Mix and will buy this product again.
